What is your return policy for outdoor decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that seasonal items and custom-ordered cushions may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer assembly services for patio sets?
We offer 'White Glove Delivery' in select zip codes which includes full assembly and packaging removal. For all other orders, detailed instruction manuals and necessary tools are included.
How should I maintain my outdoor cushions during winter?
To extend the life of your decor, we recommend storing cushions in a dry, covered area during winter months or using our custom-fit waterproof furniture covers.
