At Outdoor Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new patio furniture or garden accents aren't a perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
